What are levels?
Levels are what give your characters a chance to get a boost in placing, with each level increasing the chance. There will also be special level-related shows, eventually.
Can a character own any level of horse?
Unfortunately, no. You must post and such, to earn points. With points you can buy what are called level privileges. You can own any horse up to the highest level privilege you buy, though you must buy them in order. Your rider does not have to be at an equal or higher level, however, so no need to worry about that!
How do riders level up?
Your humans level up by you posting with them. How many posts you need to get to each level is found in the Rider Levels posts found in the Rules and Information board.
