House The house is particularly large and spacious. Each room is bigger than it really needs to be and there are far more rooms than are needed as well. With an exception of the bedrooms and bathrooms, which have doors, it is all an open concept design with wide archways or simply no wall at all between rooms. The outside is gray stonework with the trims and window panes being darkly stained wood with an almost reddish tinge to it. |

Barn The barn is currently fairly small. Unlike the indoor arena, it isn't a coverall, so it can be expanded easier at any time. It currently has ten 14' x 14' stalls, a 14' wide aisle, a large tackroom that has way too much space and a wash stall. There is a hayloft over head with a small trap door above each stall for easy feeding. There is a long section with no stalls or rooms, though make shift stalls can be made for emergencies, and more might be built here in the future. |

Arenas - 1 Viewing Both the indoor and outdoor arena are rather massive in size. Gray deemed it better to have them way bigger than needed at the time, just in case. There's many small white dressage fences that can be set up to section off parts of the arenas. Both indoor and outdoor rings are size at 100' x 200'. The indoor ring is attached to the barn through an aisle next to the tackroom. There is also a round pen, separated off to the far end of the barn which is mostly used when a horse needs to be kept entirely separated. |

Paddocks The paddocks are few, only two right now, and they aren't too big either, but they don't really need to be. There is a set of smaller enclosures near the barn that are fit for only one horse so that visiting horses can be turned out without having to deal with herd hierarchy issues. |

Trails Once you get past the open fields that don't have any purpose yet but will likely be fenced in, the area is very heavily wooded. It's a matter of finding deer trails or clearing your own path, but that's "true trail riding" in Gray's mind, so he's not about to clear anything. Far back, there's a cliff with a small path down that leads to a lake with sandy edges, rather like a beach. The lake isn't actually on the same property and is actually just in between Silver Star and Caught Fire, not belong to either, but no one minds. |
