The rules here are pretty general, really. You must:
--- Have our banner up first
--- Have a banner that is 88 x 31 pixels
--- Be patient enough to wait for an admin to actually get on and put your banner up before you take ours down or complain. It' a common courtesy.
Keep in mind, please, that your banner will be removed if at any time:
--- Your site has died or been put in maintenance mode when checked monthly
--- Our banner has been taken down when checked monthly
We have no problems if you wish to apply these rules to our side as well. Should we take down your banner, we will try to inform of such on your forum.
