APPEARANCEMagic is a rather big horse. He stands at a tall height of 16.2 hands. He’s a pretty broad horse. Brittani keeps him on a good diet to make sure he doesn’t gain too many pounds but to also make sure he doesn’t lose any either. He is a dark gray speckled gelding. Magic has a rather short neck but that doesn’t stop him from rounding nice. His mane and tail are both long thick and black. They get nicely braided up at show time. Magic has no definite leg markings or face markings. He has a little pink spot on his nose. Brittani bathes him regularly to make sure his coat stays nice and pretty.
PERSONALITY[/blockquote]Magic’s personality is a lot of fun. Although he doesn’t always act up he enjoys being a little difficult for Brittani when he thinks she’s off guard. He’s a lovable gelding. He’s usually quite calm and handles being put in “scary” places quite well. Magic absolutely loves to jump. He was trained to do halter and dressage as well but nothing get’s him pumped the way jumping does. He has a little fire in his heart. He definitely cares about Brittani. If it came down to it he’d protect her. Towards other horses he’s friendly. He wouldn’t be one to pick a fight but if it started he probably wouldn’t back down. Brittani sometimes says he forgets he’s a gelding and goes after the mares but boys will be boys.

HISTORYBrittani started riding at a barn that held a program where you “adopt” and train the foals that are born into the barn. She quickly entered the program. The mare she was looking after ended up not being pregnant after a while and she was put on another mare with another girl who wasn’t a fan of sharing but they made it work. After the foal was born they started the training. Putting a halter on, leading them around and so on. Later on in the program there was a little foal who was giving one of the younger girls a hard time. He didn’t give Brittani a hard time like he did the younger girl. They asked Brittani if she could take over because she seemed to be good with them. After the program ended and all the babies were named Brittani was still feeling the connection to Magic. The program continued a couple weeks later. She was able to move on with Magic until he was fully grown and she could jump him. Her father noticed Brittani’s infatuation with the gelding and arranged for him to be bought as a surprise for her fifteenth birthday. They have been riding strong and competing since.
