APPEARANCEKonvict is undeniably a gorgeous horse. His build is sturdy, but not bulky. His coloring is awe-inspiring. He sports a dusty grullo color, accented with splashes of white that contrast it directly. His mane and tail is interspersed with black hairs, though his mane has actual black sections. His head is not particularly refined but not bulky, though his ears are a little small for his head, which makes it look rather larger than it is. His neck is far more muscular than the rest of his body, at least for now. His movement is to die for in the western pleasure ring, though he hardly has the patience for such events.
PERSONALITY[/blockquote]Konvict is a mess of a horse, personality-wise. He puts up with younger stallions as long as they don't bother him, he turns a blind eye to most mares for some unknown reason and he's violent to handle unless, by some miracle, you get him to trust you. Despite being bred in captivity and being only half mustang, he clearly got his father's wild side. He's difficult to handle at the best of times, near impossible to catch unless he wants to be caught, and he's made it his life's mission to make you earn the right to so much as look at him. The moment he thinks you worthy, though, my gosh, the change he undergoes! He may as well be your mostly willing, calm, show gelding. He'll never be push button, but he's got natural talent and the heart to win it, but you better be ready to put up with a bunch of bumps and wrong turns along the way.

HISTORYKonvict was an accidental breeding. The mustang stallion had gotten out and bred someone's beautiful show mare. The mare was then ditched for another horse, the foal considered a burden, and after he was born he was hardly handled. He was already difficult, never letting anyone near him and nipping at passerbys, but the lack of handling only made this worse. He began to test each and every person that came near him until he became too dangerous and was kicked out of the stable. A cowboy took him in, roughing out the breaking process and training him. He never got the stallion's respect, though, and each step was a fight. He was talented, fast, quick on his feet, agile. But it didn't matter. He'd never be a good sale. The cowboy was stuck with him. It was a vet visit from Gray that changed things. The stallion had a cut on his haunch that needed stitching. He ended up kicking Grey, sending him flying into a stall door, yet the idiot that he was, Gray came right back. The stallion tried again and Gray grabbed the foot, fighting to hold on. Konvict promptly fell, shocked and startled. He gave Gray not a single problem after that, and Gray ended up stuck with the stud because he was the only one who could truly handle him.
