Plotting For planning any posts, or finding pre-determined friends, etc. I'm sure everyone can figure it out.
Records To keep track of which horses your character owns, what levels they are, and so on, please make a topic here. This is explained in more detail in the Important Aspects post found in the Rules && Important Information board, so if you could please read that, it would be wonderful.
Cellphones Whether you prefer to call or to text, your cellphone is probably a major part of your life. Live without it? I suppose you could, but it would be way easier to live with it. Land lines are becoming such a hassle, after all. A portable phone is just way simpler to deal with.
Emails We all know writing letters by hand is a little outdated, and yeah, sure, some people still do it from time to time, but email is by far overshadowing those. Time to stretch those fingers and get to checking up on old friends, cause it seems like you've got mail.
Facebook Just about everyone seems to have a facebook account, whether they use it or not. Status updates, wall posts, a quick way to check and see if someone has put you as her boyfriend after that spectacular date the night before... Well, You all get the idea, I'm sure. If you want to keep up with the social butterfly life, this is your best tool to doing so.
The Stable The stable is made up of wood, and is, just like the fencing, unpainted. The stalls are 12 x 12 with a half door, and the other half of the stall front being half solid, and half with inch-wide wooden poles, set vertically. Each stall has a wooden hay manger, a small, wooden grain trough and an automatic waterer.

Arenas There are two arenas and a round pen at Damaged Soul Stable. One arena is a 20 x 40 indoor ring for bad weather, while the other is a 40 x 60 outdoor grass ring. The round pen has the same sort of fencing as the paddocks, except it is about six feet high, and is about 60 feet in diameter, with sand footing.
Paddocks The paddocks are large, though the grass isn't always the greatest. The supply of hay is constant, though, and there are automatic water troughs for the horses to drink out of. The fencing is made of rough, wooden planks and posts that are, and will likely remain, unpainted.
Trails The trails here are mostly rough. They consist of lots of fields, some more mountainous areas, and some woods. There are small paddocks built at various points throughout the property for overnight trail rides.

Cabins Damaged Soul, of course, provides living quarters for the people they are trying to help. There are three people to a cabin, and everyone has only a twin bed, compared to the fancy livings of those at Silver Star. Each cabin also has a bathroom and a living room. There is a larger cabin in the middle that contains no bedrooms or bathrooms, but the kitchen and tables for the occupants to eat at.
The Stables The stalls at Silver Star are all 12 x 12, filled with more than enough shavings. The horses always have a supply to hay unless the stable hands are told otherwise by their owners. There are automatic waterers in each stall, and every stall door is a half door, so the horse can hang it's head over. The outside is just as nice, a dark blue with beige trim and always well-kept gardens lining the edges.
Arenas Silver Star has two riding rings that are always available, and are used as spare warm-up rings at the shows when necessary. One is a large 20 x 60 indoor ring for when the weather is bad. The other is an outdoor ring, 60 x 80, with dressage fences set up to section off a 20 x 40 portion of it for dressage riders, with the rest of it being used for jumping. Both are sand rings.
Paddocks Fenced off by the traditional white fence boards, and enforced with an electrical wire running on the inside, just above the top plank, the paddocks are gorgeous. There are always a couple extra so as to rotate them every month to keep the grass fresh and green, with wooden hay mangers and automatic water troughs closer to the gate.

Trails and Cross Country Course The trails are constantly trimmed to keep them pristine and clear. There are about 200 miles worth of trails, most of which are in woods and fields. Some of them are part of the cross country course.
Living Quarters Many students come from abroad and stay in the Silver Star rooms, rather than renting an apartment in town. The living quarters are just as nice as the barn, with every bed being a double in size, and each suite containing two rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a living area.

Exercise Building Built as a reward for the hard work the students have been putting in, the exercise building goes above and beyond, like many of the things at Silver Star. There is a large Olympic sized pool in one wing, with various weight lifting and cardiac machines in another and a third wing provides a nice, large indoor running track. The foyer has become a place to display all the various trophies and awards won by students or workers of Silver Star until those people leave, and even some of those trophies stick around because they aren't packed up and brought along.

Show Rings All shows are held in these rings. Neither boarders or students are allowed to practice in them, no matter what the circumstances are. The show jumps and arena markers are all stored away separately and repainted every couple of years to keep them clean and new in appearance.
Caught Fire Farm Seeing as the property was the victim of a small arson the evening after purchased, Gray thought the chosen name was fitting. The farm doubles as both a small and large animal vet clinic, as well as a rescue shelter, mostly because its owner simply can't say no to an animal in need of a home. It's small, but newly built, and there's plenty of room to expand. Owner: Graydon Taylor
Twilight Shores Farm Twilight Shores Farm is a big state of the art equestrian training, breeding, and sales stable. We border right on the California Ocean so rides on the beach can happen every day! Hence the name Twilight Shores. We also have a river that runs threw it which is typically dry unless it is winter. There are a bunch of trails, one that leads to a small pond on the far end of the large property and then there is a slight 'mountain'-not quite a hill and not quite a mountain- that is full of trees and trails. There is a cross country course that wraps around the whole of the property. Each stall and paddock is cleaned everyday and each pasture is full of green grass! Here at Twilight Shores Farm we offer Dressage, Show Jumping, Cross Country and hopefully Reining!

You may be here for the wonderful riding opportunities at Silver Star Riding Academy, or you might be the next rehabilitation case at Damaged Soul Stable, but either way, you're new and no one knows you. Not yet, anyways. There are two stables in this small town. One, Damaged Soul, is set on trying to help small-time criminals on probation or those with issues that therapists can't seem to help, though the learning of horsemanship. The second is a riding academy, Silver Star. They hold in-house shows often and there are even places for you to stay on grounds if you plan to being there and training under their overly-qualified coach. Damaged Soul Stable has begun training to compete in the shows held at Silver Star, and it's made the two barns, which used to co-exist peacefully, into rivals. The only question now is who will win next time?

You're an amazing admin, and insanely nice, plus you reply to posts in a timely fashion.
He's just... cute. Way to cute. Plus who can hate a guy who lost his girlfriend?
The horse is badass, I mean come on, how could you not love him? I adore him, and wish he existed in real life 'cause I'd steal him away from Will...
Congratulations to advertising contest participants, Feiara and Hazel! Enjoy those points!
Congrats to all the Silver Star riders for winning the first rivalry show between the two barns! As a reward, each Silver Star rider has gained 200 points and there is now a new board to roleplay in at Silver Star - the Exercise Building!
